ON1 Cylcle/Bar class are a high energy/low impact, total body sculpting class that combines dance and fitness moves with fun, upbeat music. The combination of barre exercises with the use of light weights, balls and resistance band training enables you to burn fat, sculpt and lengthen your muscles. It is core focused and will effectively work your booty, thighs, arms, and flatten your abs by using the ballet barre as the main prop to reinforce ideal positioning of the exercises, while performing small isometric movements. It will increase your flexibility while having fun at the same time. It is not a dance class and no previous dance experience required. This class will help you burn calories while sculpting a lean, strong body.
